Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you receive the order damaged/faulty

 In all cases, you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

      We do not issue refunds or reshipments for any other reason apart from the above listed/accepted reasons.

      You can submit refund request within

      • 7 calendar days from the time your order is delivered
      • 30 calendar days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days) has expired, and you have not received the item.

      You can submit a refund request by sending a message on Contact Us page.

      To complete your refund (if applicable), we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the items being received.

      Please do not send your purchase back to any address until you contact us, and receive the returning address in writing via email.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      RETURN/EXCHANGE 

      Please contact us at info@jeweliciousdazzle.com within 7 days from the time your order is delivered. A proof of purchase is required.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      Return Inspection fee may apply.


      We always recommend all of our customers to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure receipt of the returned item.

      EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

      As all engraved items are made to order and many of them are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items we fulfill.

      If there's any problem with the order, the customer should contact us at info@jeweliciousdazzle.com and provide a photo showing the issue where possible. If there's damage or a defect with the item, the wrong item was received, or there was a mistake with engravings, we can remake.

      If the gift box was damaged, or a graphical necklace has a defective chain, we can resend.
      you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
